Lisa has mastered developing user experiences that are elegant and simple to use. She's one of our foremost experts in understanding both patient and internal clinical user digital experiences. She's earned this through hundreds of interviews with end users and usability tests. Her skillset in modern discovery methods is extensive and broad. She's just as comfortable looking through web analytics data as she is talking to a user, building a prototype, running a survey, etc. Her expertise has given her the opportunity to build experiences that have driven meaningful success and growth of our patient portal and internal intranet.

Lisa leads by example and doesn't hesitate to mentor other designers. I couldn't have led our patient portal design team without her expertise and leadership. While Lisa is the best of the best, she is humble and continues to develop her own skills and share what she learns with her peers.
